These delectable delights, which I affectionately refer to as “5-second Halloween desserts,” are the perfect sweet treats – well, that is, if you can resist the temptation to dive into the bag!
Occasionally, savoring a few bites might extend the indulgence a tad longer, but rest assured, these goodies are not only incredibly simple to prepare but also irresistibly quick and convenient to devour.
10 Five Second Halloween Desserts
1. Spider Eggs
These are just powered donut holes with plastic spider rings tossed on top! If you want to get creative- grab an orange hang tag or piece of construction paper and write on there the treat of the night!
2. Witches Brooms
wrapped or unwrapped these guys are fast and fun. Pretzel sticks and Reeses peanut butter cups are always yummy and easy if you are in a pinch and need something fast!
To make the witches brooms, just stick a pretzel stick into the bottom of the reeces cup and voila! You have the perfect 5 second Halloween treat.
3. Fruity Pumpkins & Cheesy Ghosts
OK, so maybe this one should be called how quick can you draw- but I am betting you could make some cute string cheese ghosts in under 5 seconds.
Having fun and healthy snack options are a really good idea especially given all the kids allergies these days with wheat, dairy, and nuts. Parents also appreciate the gesture and lots of the little guys prefer foods they eat on a regular basis.
Fruit cups, jello cups, and pudding cups are easy and fun. The little round cheeses and string cheese are delicious and always popular.
4. Marshmallow Faces
You can get creative with this quick treat. Just grab some marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles (orange, yellow or red also work) and make some spooky little faces.
5. Vampire Donuts
My all time favorite fast Halloween treat! I pretty much bring these Vampire Donuts to work every year on Halloween and most people expect it!
Dollar Store or Amazon has a big pack of plastic teeth you just add to some donuts- smash em in so they stay and glue on some eyes with frosting or just melt some chocolate and dab on some peepers.
6. Halloween Eyeball Cupcakes
You can make eyeball cupcakes from scratch- which will obviously take longer than 5 min, but decorating should be fast if you want to bake ahead of time.
You can also just go buy some cupcakes from the store and decorate them with candies and an eyeball for that creepy look! Lots of fun ways to decorate cupcakes and and its always a fun time when you get your kids involved.
7. Ghost Cookies
These are super fast and easy but require about 20 minutes to cool. Just grab some simple biscuit cookies and white chocolate chips or yogurt chips- even white frosting works. Dip the cookie into the melted mixture and pull out slowly. Add a few candy eye balls, plate and freeze. Once the chocolate has harden, you can draw a simple face on it!
8. Halloween Rice Crispy Squares
These are super cute and fast! Grab some rice crispy treats from the store and cut them into small cubes. You should be able to get about 4 cubes from 1 package. Add some candy eyeballs, squiggly hair and a mouth using decorative frosting and thats it! You can be as creative as you want and make them really funny.
9. Fruit and Marshmallow Kabobs
This healthy dessert is really easy and fun for kids! Just grab whatever fruit you have i the fridge and cut into squares. Place them on skewers with fruit and a few marshmallows. 10. Halloween Cake Pops
You can easily acquire plain Halloween cake pops from various sources, whether it’s a quick stop at the grocery store or your favorite local coffee shop. If you’re feeling creative, you can even whip up a batch yourself. We opted for the convenient route and picked up a batch from Walmart’s grocery section.
To add a delightful twist, we utilized melted chocolate and an assortment of decorations to transform them into spooky and whimsical treats that perfectly capture the Halloween spirit.
