So I know… its that time of year again that drives us all crazy with the need for that deliciously spicy pumpkin flavor. You hate to love it but you do anyways! Its gotten to the point where I am almost embarrassed to to go to the local coffee shop and ask (ok, I might have gone in more than 2 times a day… a few times ๐ so I have taken to make my own at home.
I am so in love with this awesome Pumpkin Spice latte recipe. It tastes just like Starbucks and its so much fun to make!! Plus using my super cute and free Halloween recipe cards makes it a breeze in the morning. I have even been trying my hand at different whip cream options and spice flavors as well. So deliciously awesome.
Starbucks Copycat Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, see our homemade pumpkin puree recipe
1 to 3 tablespoons sugar, depending on how sweet you like it
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
1/2 cup strong hot coffee
Whipped cream, for serving
Directions:
Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, not boiling. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and coffee.
Divide and pour into two mugs and place on your colorful agate coasters. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie or cinnamon spice.

One year, I made a Kitty litter cake that looked sooo disgusting but tasted awesome, lol! And another year I made a brain jello mold with cherry juice poured over the top to look like blood. The kids loved it even though it all sounds completely disgusting.

The best way to get your Halloween recipe cards printed correctly is save them first and open them in Adobe. The free Adobe Reader is fine to use- you can download it here at the authorized site. Do not download the software from any other site other than the authorized one.
Once you open the image in Adobe Reader- go to file at the top and print. Once open click the Fit option under page size. See image below. Then print away. The pages should come out with plenty of boarder space so that you put them into a binder for safe keeping and not have your recipe overlapping the 3-ring binder holes.
