Halloween Monster Guacamole Ingredients
2 small tomatoes, diced
2 minced garlic cloves
1 small minced onion
a handful of green and black olives- stuffed with pimentos or cream cheese
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon minced cilantro or parsley
salt and pepper to taste
pinch(or two) of cayenne pepper
3 large ripe avocados
1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
Directions
Mash together all of the ingredients except the olives, and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Spoon into a serving bowl and add the avocado pit to keep the dish from turning brown. Cover the bowl tightly and chill for at least two hours. Remove from the fridge and add monster olive eyes all over and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds before serving. A great Halloween recipe for kids as well if you go easy on the spiciness.
Now you can create a fun loving guacamole monster for Halloween or any scary seasonal fun.
