The Perfect Halloween Cocktail- An Eyeball Martini

This post may contain affiliate links. See affiliate disclosure here.

The perfect Adult Halloween cocktail recipe with a scary twist! These creepy looking eyeballs are actually super simple to create and can be made a day ahead or more so the prep work is very little. Martini’s can be made with vodka or gin and is always a classic drink that is easy to make.

The easiest way to make these is to create the “eyeballs” and then place them into an ice cube tray to freeze up. With these neat ice eyeball ice cubes, they are a sure winner for any adult Halloween party.

Ingredients For Eyeball Martini Eyes:

12-24 small radishes
1 can pimiento stuffed green olives

Ingredients for Martini:

2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka (I prefer a good clean vodka!)
1/4 ounce dry vermouth

Eyeball Martini Directions:

Note: Its best to make to make the eyeballs about a day in advance as the ice cubes need time to freeze.

Wash and trim radishes. Begin peeling them leaving thin streaks of red skin on to represent blood shot eyes.

Using the tip of the vegetable peeler or a small, knife, carefully scoop out a small hole in each radish, enough room for the olive to set in.

Stuff a green olive, pimiento side out, in each hole.

Place 1 radish eyeball in each section of an empty ice cube tray and fill the tray with water. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

To make the drink, start by placing ice into the cocktail container and shake to make cold. Empty the water and ice after a few good shakes. Then fill a tall cocktail glass or shaker with cocktail ingredients above. Shake or stir ingredients, and pour over one to three eyeball ice cubes in a martini glass.
